If you require a meeting verification or proof of attendance, please complete the form below daily and ideally immediately after the end of the main daily one-hour meeting, note: it must be submitted on the same day as the meeting.
You must include the correct daily meeting attendance code, which will be announced by the chairperson, displayed on screen, and shared in the Zoom chat. This attendance code is required for verification. (Please note: the attendance code is not the NKC Zoom Meeting ID. If the code is incorrect or missing, we will be unable to provide verification.)
Important: Do not submit bulk requests for verification of multiple past meeting dates or a single past meeting date, as this is outside our remit and such requests may not be processed. Requests must be submitted on the same day of the meeting.
Please submit only one verification request per meeting to avoid delays in processing your response.
Also, to qualify for a verification, you must attend at least two-thirds of the main one-hour meeting (40 minutes or more). We recommend using a unique Zoom Display Username and providing this same username in the form below to ensure a prompt response.
Please note:
- Verification or proof of attendance is provided electronically in our accepted email format only.
- Failure to complete and submit the form on the same day of the meeting may result in delays or the inability for you to get a verification.
- Do keep your own record of the date you attended and the attendance code, you can also take a screenshot of the attendance code slide.
- We kindly request that all communications remain polite and courteous to ensure a response.
- Newcomers Keep Coming's decision on whether to provide a meeting verification or proof of attendance is final.
- Ensure you press SEND and see afterwards the confirmation message with the blue tick as shown below, otherwise you will not get a verification.
- It will take up to around 72 hours to obtain a verification once you have correctly submitted your form/request.
Thank you for your understanding.
